Providing the best possible quality is important to us in order to guarantee you security and trust. Our company is certified according to the quality standard DIN EN ISO 9001:2015, which is the foundation of our work. The optimization of results and processes requires good documentation.
Through detailed documentation of orders and processes we are able to ensure the same quality standard for every production of the same plastic product and to back-track possible errors. Permanent improvement in all areas is of great importance and monitored through comparison of target values.

Environment & CO2 Footprint
For the sake of the environment
Shaping the future means acting with foresight and responsibility, already starting today. Protecting the nature, the environment and their resources is therefore a priority for us. Our environmental management system helps to ensure the most sustainable supply chain possible, from raw material procurement to raw material consumption. We measure, record and report on environmental impacts. This includes raw material and energy consumption as well as total waste volumes. We evaluate these based on the specified targets. After in-house recycling, 100% of our production waste goes back into production, where it is mixed with new goods and reprocessed. An important part of environmental activities is the continuous recording of the CO2-footprint for the entire company and selectively for individual products or production processes. This ensures environmental protection, energy efficiency and a secure future.
Recycling
Reducing waste
KOENEN Kunststofftechnik GmbH supplies its customers with plastic injection molding products. When processing plastic using the injection molding process, unavoidable waste products are created. This happens at process startup, process interruptions or general scrap. In order to work efficiently and responsibly with resources, we recycle the scrap quantities in our own company. The aim of professional recycling is to process these scrap quantities in a way so we receive a recyclate that is comparable to the virgin raw material. Afterwards we incorporate the recyclate back into our manufacturing process.
